All of our people have longtime experience in all phases of the Telecom and Data industry. Most of them came from the hardware (PBX and IP PBX) industry so we know both the circuit side as well as the hardware and software. This is especially important if you need us to work with your current telephone vendor. We know their language (most of the time we know their systems) and we can minimize their efforts to implement smoothly

1st Step – Instant Quote of Vendors Available

The Instant Quote has up to 12 carriers on one report that will allow you to compare them side-by-side. You will see their services and pricing with any optional pricing. We help your company analyze the Instant Quote to make the most informed decision possible. Comparing side-by-side quotes will help you (with our guidance) optimize your services to get the best pricing with the best performance.

2nd Step – Working with You to Answer Questions

We know that this selection process can be confusing. This is an important decision that your company makes probably once every three years – and technology changes rapidly. We help you understand everything that is included and everything that is optional. Our people work with medium sized companies everyday helping them make these decisions – we are experienced and we know the questions you need to ask. We work with you to get to the order process with knowledge and confidence that you are making the correct decisions. We become your consultant. We represent all of the major carriers and providers so we help you make a non-biased decision that is best for your company.

3rd Step – The Order Process

The next step is ordering the correct services for your business. We won’t deceive you – there is a lot of detailed paperwork that must be submitted accurately. Our proven processes minimize the pain because we do all of the front end work. We have streamlined the process to provide all of the proper paperwork in one package. We complete most of the details before you ever see the package and then confirm with your company prior to submission. When the package is ready – we submit to the individual carriers. We handle the coordination and any additional questions – we are your consultant throughout the process. We represent you throughout the process and make sure that the cut-over is on schedule and on-time. We provide a written project schedule with a timeline for your cut-over.

4th Step – Implementation  “The Cut-Over”

A standard installation interval is four to six weeks from the time all paperwork is accurately submitted. Our people coordinate the complete process. There are two types of cut-overs 1. Replacing existing services 2. Installing new services. The first is the most difficult because it has to be closely coordinated to take down existing services and then bring up the new services. Many times we can minimize the level of difficulty when we are able to bring services in on new facilities. This allows us to run parallel services for testing (your existing services are still operating while the parallel circuit is tested). During this process we anticipate everything that could go wrong to be sure there is a smooth cut-over. We design plans to go back to the old services if there is a problem. We try to pre-test the circuits before cut-over if it won’t disrupt your business. We are on the cut-over call with the technician to monitor the progress and we coordinate the “Go” or “No Go” (with your permission) to continue with the cut-over.

5th Step – Post Cut-Over Follow Up

MOST IMPORTANT TO YOUR COMPANY – We provide your company with a complete escalation list of names and phone numbers prior to the cut-over (including cell phone numbers). We ensure that you will be able to immediately contact your consultant after the cut-over. There is nothing worse than implementing new services and then have a service problem and no one to talk to except voicemail. You will have our must answer line as well as you consultant’s cell phone number and we guarantee we will be in complete contact mode. We have offices in three time zones so our people are always working.
