Network 1 Services is a full service design and consulting firm that specializes in call centers, networking and larger multiple location clients. We represent all of the major providers for voice, long distance, data services and networking.

All of our consultants and design engineers have in-depth experience in all areas of telecom, data and networking. That experience not only includes the voice and data circuits that we currently recommend, but also PBX, IP PBX and Data hardware and software. This experience and knowledge helps us help our customers by understanding all areas related to the voice and data circuits.

We were formed in 2002 as a telecom and data consulting firm. Our main function in the beginning was analysis and white paper development on PBX and IP PBX products and services. Shortly into this process we discovered that there was a major void in the analysis and configuration of voice and data networks and services. Most of our consultants came from the Hardware and Software side of the PBX and IP PBX industry and it was a natural evolution to migrate into circuit and design of complete systems and networks.

Our background and knowledge made us uniquely qualified to design, configure and recommend network services for our clients. That led further to the discovery of larger call center customers as a new market and we began configuring and providing services to that industry. That volume allows us to provide the lowest circuit prices to all size customers (both large and small). We have pre-negotiated the carrier contracts and we can provide our customers with the equivalent of Fortune 100 Company pricing without the monthly volume commitment. We provide multiple methods for low cost LD including blended rates (with no short duration call penalties), NPA NXX and NPA NXX X, OCN LATA and other custom routing plans.


Our Founder

Terry JanockoTerry Janocko is the founder of Network 1 Services and an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in all sectors of the telecom and data industry.  His “hands on” experience in hardware, software, data circuits, voice services, cloud services and hosted VoIP applications helps him and his team help customers pick the right services at the best prices for their business.

He began his career in the telecom and data industry with Bell South/AT&T in Orlando, Florida and worked up through the ranks in multiple departments that started his foundation in the communications industry. He stayed in the industry and held advancing positions as Sales Manager, Sales Director and Regional Manager positions of increasing responsibility in all sectors of the telecommunications and data industry. It is these positions that gave him the “hands on” street experience in hardware, software and circuit design that made him one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the market.

Janocko founded SMI Consulting and Training and mentored hundreds of sales and engineering professionals who specialized in telecommunications and data. During this time, they created a Telecom and Data Training company that went on to train more than 5,000 companies across the country. In 1987, Janocko put his training and experience to use in Honolulu, Hawaii when he took over as President of DigiTel. DigiTel was a failing telecom and data company losing almost $800,000 annually, that he rebuilt and turned into a $9.4 million dollar company with profits of $2.9 million. The company was sold to Expanets in 2001 and Janocko was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Operations of the $1 billion company in Denver.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Change from Hawaii Pacific University in Hawaii.
